Took my car to Pep Boys first (first mistake), 2 hours sitting there, nothing... Friend told me to go here... I was in and out in 10 minutes... Highly recommend

Quick! Reliable! Had both my pilot vehicle needing some tires to get back on the road immediately without waiting in line. I was back on the road within 30 minutes. The price for the service and tires was affordable. The staff is fun and friendly, they made great suggestions that I wouldn’t have thought about.

I had a nail on my tire and went here to get it fixed. Upon arrival I got off my vehicle and waited for a few minutes for some one to acknowledge me. Finally an employee did and told me where to park, I proceeded to do so. I got off my vehicle again and the employee who acknowledged me just vanished. So I stood there and waited. Another employee told me that if the other employee who told me to park came back and I said no, so he and another employee laughed and said this guy, but in Spanish and not in those words lol. So the second employee asked me what my need was and I told him, my rear driver side tire has a nail in it. He took it off. Some time later he called me over and said well I took off the nail and nothing happened, the tire still hasn't lost any air, I said hmmm. Okay. Then I see the first employee laying down on a tire watching the TV inside the shop, there was a soccer game on, a young lady that did not have the appropriate dress attire for a business sitting down on a tire also watching the soccer game. So the second employee goes and installs my tire and after doing so I ask how much I owe him and he says nothing. As I'm reversing all the employees are staring at

Usually have a great experience here, but I went in cuz my tire had a very minor leak (maybe 1 psi a day) and was going to drive back to CA and back so I thought I’d address it here like I normally do. Got it patched and a few months later I realized the same tire was very slowly leaking again. Brought it back to pay for the same service and I could hear them saying to each other “who did this patch?” They called me over and informed me that the tire needed to be replaced cuz metal mesh is exposed. They patched it up and, I ended up taking the truck to Costco and bought two new front tires since they (westside tire) said they didn’t have any. I kept the old tire and I only see one spot where it repaired, which leads me to believe that the first time it was repaired it wasn’t done properly because the tires were barely 9 months old. They didn’t charge me for patching the tire, but I also felt like they might’ve grinded the tire down too much for a for a hole the size of a small nail turning a perfectly good tire useless. I wouldn’t take my car/truck in if you got expensive or new tires.

Well it still doesn’t make a point on why one tire was at 19 psi and the other tire was at 63 psi which exceeded the 44 psi maximum mark. Need to correct the error. Ik it was an accident but I paid to get my tire done it’s a business. And business needs to be professional.
